Over the last 3 and a half years Shanghai9 has strived to take a leading position in the alcohol and beverage market. We pride ourselves not only on our large selection of products, but also providing great service, convenience and value for money for our customers. We will continue our efforts to improve and excel in these areas.

We continuously try to add to the products we offer. In the near future we will be adding to our range of single malt whiskies, as well as adding some sparkling wines, more imported beer and some other hard to get spirits. If you have any requests for alcohol we do not have listed on the website please contact us and let us know. We will do our very best to find it for you!

We now provide same day delivery on most products for delivery in downtown Shanghai. This is part of our ongoing efforts to provide an enhanced level of service and convenience to our customers. We welcome feedback and suggestions as this helps us continually improve, so please feel free to contact us with your feedback and comments.

Although we are based in Shanghai, we have a growing number of customers all over China, from Haerbin in the North, to SanYa in the South. Although we do not have the ability to deliver to cities other than Shanghai ourselves, we do have a great relationship with various freight companies that assist with deliveries to other provinces. Delivery to areas outside our “Free Delivery Area” in Shanghai and all other cities in China will be charged a flat delivery fee of 40RMB per shipment. We now accept cash on delivery for orders (excluding full cases of beer/water/soft drink) in all major cities China-wide. For orders Shanghai-wide including outer districts (i.e. MinHang, QingPu, JiaDing, BaoShan etc.) and the downtown areas of SuZhou, HangZhou, WuXi and NanTong, we accept COD for all orders without exception. Other payment methods are bank transfer (China bank accounts in RMB only), Alipay (in RMB only) and PayPal (for international customers we will convert the order total to US dollars at a rate of 6.10 RMB - 1 USD).

 We have priced our products as competitively as possible and believe we offer great value for money to our customers. If you see another company offering a lower price on a product we sell we encourage you to contact us. If possible we will match or beat our competitor’s price, however sometimes differences in price will exist depending on whether or not a product has been imported officially through Chinese customs and the full amount of import tax/duty paid.

All the products we sell are imported into China legally and pass through Chinese customs. We guarantee all products we sell are genuine. If any product we sell is found not is be genuine, we will refund the customer the value of the product multiplied by 3.
